History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
