History: Bryseis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Ethereal was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Right-Handed learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Gardener.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ulfgar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
