Description: A middle-aged man, he has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe, and is pretty ugly. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has never given up on her writing dream.
