Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed brown hat.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The war was a terrible time for him, and Alberich does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Alberich reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: Boddynock is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a tan tunic with grey highlights, and long green pants that bunch up around her shoes, and is pretty ugly. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and money/treasure

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a engraver again
