Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Windy isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Windy reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
