History: Veloptima was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Veloptima took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: She was born in the south. Eva was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eva decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She tends to her Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
