She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Makaria and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Borgu and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Borgu discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Borgu fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Nija abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To protect her home; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion
