History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Godfrey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He now owns his own business.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Thiala was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Glassblower. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She got into the Scribe business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
