Jane's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is an amazing painter.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She wears a green vest and prefers grey and red shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her hair is silver and very short. Her black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Makaria enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to reunite with his absent father
