History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. Mantus was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love
