Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is content.

Description: He wears bulky green painted plate armor, and carries quarterstaffs. He keeps his long green crest kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His green crest is greasy and uncared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Azzakh was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Azzakh took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has amber eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is an amazing painter.
History: Tarak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Expand his business.
