History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Beast was a troubled youth. Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Sapply was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
