Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Mary enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Chem wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
