History: He comes from a rich western family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: Katherine was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she's in love
