History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Quarethon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
