History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Jarsali began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miller profession.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Dara was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dara's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.
