Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has wavy red hair. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with blue slacks. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Bucklal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Description: She wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She is physically well-built. She has no crest. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears brown trousers with violet and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He is physically well-built. His auburn hair is cut short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Barendd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and many illithids want him driven away
