His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and half-elven compassion
