History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Tippletoe was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Masseuse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Architect arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
