History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
