Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and someone believes him a fraud

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to be a beggar again

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He has wavy white hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and revenge
