History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Gardain and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nala grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Shepherd. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Alexandre was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wishes to resurrect an old love
