History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Jabbie and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born in the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has worked as a Butcher like her mother before her.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Map Maker; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again; and many dire rats want him driven away
