History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Bilga learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has achieved small success as a Doctor.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business
