Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Juliana was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Trail was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
