Description: She is a husky woman, who wears grey trousers with violet and pastel striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balifra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'2" when asserting herself. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her black eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A 4'8" southern woman, she prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Fistula was born the youngest of three triplets. Her childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but she was a colossal failure. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a violet collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a white scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is red and very short. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the east to a Barber, Raymond learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is unsatisfied with his job
