History: Fax hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in falchion use. Being a Roofer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle. He carries a battered scimitar and tarnished sickle as well. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Gunter took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion
