Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jillian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jillian was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
