Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Pennie was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pennie decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
