History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Euphemia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mastema's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Mastema was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lavinia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Architect, who enjoyed hunting, Lavinia was taken on many hunting expeditions. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Lavinia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Naill has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
