Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
