Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Ugol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
