Description: This dark-skinned male wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is short and brown. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She wears bulky tan painted plate armor. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Keyleth never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
