History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and money/treasure

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Barendd reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
