Description: This tall, slender man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Tomi was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
