History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears skinny pants and wears a pastel and blue robe with the hood down. He has no fur. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: River lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle
