History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Koeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Robbie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Sage. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.
