Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 4'11". She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and her gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. Her white hair is lengthy. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Norman speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Scribe, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Kerkad is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Servant in town.

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Servant. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and expand her business
