History: Salanop was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Salanop's homeland. Salanop decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
