History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption
