Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Oskar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Oskar was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Merchant. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
