History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
