His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and further expansion of business

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
