History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nissa isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born in the north. She found a children's book about a Gnome Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When Elegant reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chem grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Chem grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Chem. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
