History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.
