Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has no hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears suspenders and tan workpants. Her shirt is yellow, and she wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. Her blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ploughman. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: 3'6" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She sports blonde long hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Mumpena is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born in the south to a Barkeep, Mumpena learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and money/treasure

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business
