History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Nutae was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
