Description: An older woman who prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is brown and very short. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Oppah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Oppah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
