A true patriot, Carlin would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Carlin never married again.
