Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Her hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Verna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove her worth to the world
